Just Be In The Moment

Whenever you meditate, you are trying to move past all the mental chatter and just be in the clear moment.  And then you bring awareness to that moment – of sensations, of insights, of Divinity, of creative solutions, of an ideal, of health, etc.  A focused awareness upon such things at a time when your head is clear (in a meditative state) makes them pure, and effective.
